REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

*If You qualify for a Free Hotel Room Night(s), please make your Reservation under the Hollywood Vibe Room Block.  To obtain your free night(s), email info@hollywoodvibe.com with your reservation # and name booked under.  Reservations must be made before room block closes or sells out.

*In order to confirm your attendance, secure your spot, and plan our events- we will be asking for a Convention Fee Deposit of 10%.  Full Final Payment is due 30 days prior to the scheduled weekend to secure discounts.
*Registration should all be in by 30 days prior to the scheduled event.

*If a Studio cancels registration or a portion of registration, no refunds will be given.  Credits may be offered in case of injury or illness with a note from the dancer’s physician.
